Jaikumar Chandrashekar is the Founder of Inner Voice Consultancy. He believes that leadership begins with self-awareness and grows through connection. With more than 15 years of experience, he has worked with leaders and teams across Asia, Africa, and Europe — from Bangkok to Berlin, Hanoi to Harare — helping them discover new ways to lead with clarity, compassion, and purpose.

His work has taken him into boardrooms and community spaces alike, designing and facilitating programs for senior and mid-level leaders in the microfinance sector and beyond. Each engagement is built around listening deeply, learning together, and co-creating meaningful change.

Akshatha Rao is an Associate Consultant with Inner Voice Consultancy. As an experiential learning facilitator with 17 years of experience, Akshatha has designed and lead learning journeys for corporates, NGOs, and educational institutions. She creates spaces where people learn by doing, reflecting, and connecting.

Her work helps individuals and teams align with organizational values, communicate with empathy, make creative decisions, and lead with authenticity. Her sessions come alive through activity-based learning — incorporating adventure, movement, dance, and nature-inspired experiences. She has partnered with organizations across IT, manufacturing, microfinance, and education.

Santhosh MV is an Associate Consultant with Inner Voice Consultancy. As an experiential learning facilitator with over 23 years of experience designing and leading programs for schools, colleges, corporates, and microfinance institutions.
He creates journeys that go beyond traditional learning — from scaling mountain peaks and observing wildlife to immersing in diverse cultures and exploring historical sites. Each experience is crafted to spark curiosity, cultivate empathy, respect different perspectives, foster personal growth, and ignite a passion for lifelong learning.

Venu Doddavarapu an Associate Consultant with Inner Voice Consultancy and thethe founder of Theatre for Liberation — an amateur theatre collective rooted in empathy, creativity, and social change. As a theatre artist, director, and experiential learning facilitator, he believes that every individual carries within them a deep well of creativity waiting to be seen, heard, and expressed.

He work blends art, theatre, and experiential learning to create inclusive spaces where people can thrive, connect, and grow. Since 2014, he has facilitated learning journeys for educators, youth, and communities across Karnataka, Telangana, Jharkhand, and Uttarakhand, as well as with universities, corporates, and government programs in India and East Africa.
